Mr. Saml. Warburton< no role > Mr. John Roydhous< no role > and Mr. Benjn. Boultby< no role >
(Governors of these Hospl.) being a Comittee appointed by an Orders
of Court of the 20th: of October last (amongst other things) To
consider wt. may be proper for the Benefitt of the Hosptll. of
Bridewell to be. done wth. the Houses and Ground at wapp in now
in Mortgage from John young< no role > to Randall Bell< no role > deced (In Trust
for the sd. Hospll. for £1000. & Interest That upon Exaniacon of the
matter relating to the sd. Mortgaged prmisses & Enquiring into
the Circumstances of the said John Young< no role > by the best Informason
they could gett The sd. Comittee did find the sd. Mr. Young to be in
a very mean & low Condition but that he is willing to doe any
act in his power for the Discharging & Releasing his Equity of
Redempcon of in and to the said mortgaged prmisses And
therefore were of opinion that the best methods that can be
used for the benefitt of the sd. Hospll. is That the Clarke of these
Hospll. Doe prpare. such Conveyances Releases and others
