Shewing That She
has been in the Said Office about six yeares last past
and in that time through constant risings in the night
Wintert and Summer and the Noisomness of the Prisoners
She and her Children and Servants have had divers
grevious and Long fitts of Sickness wch. have been
extreamly chargable and Burthensome to the said
Petitr. her Sallary for herselfe and Servants being but
£27. P ann and She having never applyed to this Court
for any Gratuity humbly praying therefore such
bone volence or Gratuity for the better enabling her to
Support herselfe and family as this Court Shall thinke
fitt Upon Consideracon of the Prmsses And this Court
receiving a good account from Sendall of the members
thereof of the Care and pains of the Petr. in her
Office or Employment Doe Order That Mr. Trear
Baker doe give and pay to the said Petitr. Thirty
Guineys as a Free benevolence and gratuity of this
Court To be allowed Mr. Trear in his next Account
