hereafter Soe appears That then the Same may be paid
and Discharged by these Hospll. and Christs Hosptl. (who
are the residuary Legatees of the said Mr. Fowke) and
that he the said Mr. Totton his Execr. and Admr. may be
Indempinfyed there from And a Copy of the said Account
being now produced This Court doth allow the Same and
order that the thanks of this Court be given to the Trustees
appointed for these Hosptls. and also to the said Mr. Totton for
their Care and paines in the Prmisses And doth further Order
and Declare That in Case at any time or times here after
any Such further Debt or Debts of the said Mr. Fowbe as
aforesaid Shall he claimed of or from the said Samll. Totton< no role >
his Exert . and Admer . and appears to have been due from
the said Mr. Fowke in his life time and not here to fore
discharged (the said Mr. Totton his Exers. of Admr. giving
notice of Such Claime from time to time to the Trear
of these Hosptls. for the time being) That then and in
every Such Case This Court (Soe farr as the moneys by
reced by them doth amount Unto) doe and Shall pay
discharged Satisfye one Moiety or halfe part of every
Such Debtand Debts and in respect thereof Save harmless
and keep Indempinfyed the Said Samll. Tottton his Exerc.
& Admet. his & their Lands & Tenemts. goods and Chattells
of from and against one Moriety or halfe part of all such
Cost Charge Expence & Damage as he they or any of them
Shall hear pay Susteyne or Suffer or he putt unto for by
reason or meanes of any Such Debt or Debts as aforesaid

Also the Clarke of these Hosptls. giving this Court an
Account of the Conditon of the Farmes in Kent and of the
Buildings that have been there erected and of Send all other
things which are by the Tenants desired to he new built
and repaired and also that he had made up the Accounts
with Mr. Jane way concerning the said building and the
Debt that was due to the Hosptls. This Court doth thinks fitt
to refer the Consideration of the Primisses and the auditing
and allowing the Said Accounts to Mr. Trear and to Mr.
Wilkinson and Mr. Fazakerley (two of the Governr. of
these Hosptls. who have here to fore been in Kent touching
the said Buildings and Accounts and have been apprized
thereof) and the said Comitted after they have consider
the Prmisses are to Report their opinion therein to this
Court.
