Upon Reading a Letter from Mr

Signifieing That the Barn at the Farme at
Cottington
is finished and that the workmen are goeing on
with the Wall and Gramary And That there is a necessity of
casting and cleansing the Dikes of the Marsh Land, and also
of repairing the Stables which are ready to fall, and that ye
Old Stuff of the Barn will be usefull for the same
It is Ordered by this Court That the same be done
And That it be left to Mr Janeway to direct the doeing thereof
in as usefull and advantagious manner as he can for the
good of the said Farme And the Clerk of this Hosptl is
Ordered to write to him for that Some persons in behalfe of
the Hospitall should goe to Cottington to view the New Building &
Reparacons and the Condicon of the said Farme and the

inspecting the accounts of the sd New building and reparacons
And also to Endeavour the getting in the Debt due to this
Hosptl on acct of the said Farme and the New Letting the
same (The Tenants time being out at Michms next, This
Court Doth Desire Mr. Pott Mr Wilkinson & Mr Faracherly
(three of the Governers of this Hospitall) or any two of them
together with Mr

a very good account of the said Jacob Billings and of his
having improved the Five Ponds he formerly recd
and of his great hopefullness in his Said Trade It is
Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear
Baker Dow Gine
and pay unto him Five Pounds more of Mr Locks Gift
To be allowed Mr Trear in his next Account.
