The Information of David Waddy< no role > taken
before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace in and for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on Sunday
Evening last he was going down Nightingale
Lane when he was accosted by two persons
now present who calls themselves Sarah Mills< no role > This name instance is in set 2659.
and Mary Davis< no role > when sarah Mills< no role > put her
hand into his Waistcoat Pocket and stole
Two Shillings and Six pence that upon his
Attempting to take it away from her she
by force and violence feloniously took
and Carryed away his Watch and Immediately
they both Run away that he followed the
said Sarah Mills< no role > This name instance is in set 2659. into a House and
upon the Stairs there saw her give his
said Watch to some person but whom
he cannot tell And this Informt. further
saith that he is positive to the person of
Sarah Mills< no role > This name instance is in set 2659. who feloniously Assaulted
and robbed him as aforesaid and that
Mary Davis< no role > was present at the time of
the said Felony being committed
