James Clarke< no role > of Kings Head Court Shoreditch in the
County of Middesex Dyer and Robert Frazer< no role > of the Old Bayley
London Victualler make Oath and say that in April sessions
last past the said William Forryth< no role > was indicted and these
Deponents became bound by Recognizance for the said
Deponents appearance to answer the matters of the said
Indictment And these Deponents say that the said Deft.
William Forryth was then in a very bad state of health
and soon after went to the Place of his Nativity on Scotland
for the benefit of health where he died on the seventh day
of August last past and was buried on the tenth of the
said month as appears by a Certificate here to annexed
under the hands of George Adams< no role > the Minister and
John Frazer< no role > and William Fowler< no role > Elders of the Kirk
of Kenfore near Aberdeen in Scotland.
