One Small Key, One Thimbleandsome Marbles and two brass Pocket
Pieces, Further Saith that the prisoner Williams during the time
the other person was taking the things before mentioned out of her
Pocket still kept holding his hands across her Month and with horrid
Threats and Imprecations told her if she stirred or made the least
Noise, he would Blow her Brains out. That the said Williams then
by fore took a Scarlet Cloak from her Shoulders and a black
Silk Handkerchief from her neck both which he delivered to the other man
And this Informant further saith that she was the going [..]
away but the prisoner Williams Damned her and ordered her
to Stop and let him look at her Buckles to see if they were Silver
and at the same time told her to hold her foot out which she did
but he Perceiving they were not silver proceeded no further concerning
them, but bid her hold her Tongue (having at the same time a
Pistol in his hand) or he would Blow her Brains out, That the prisoner
stood with her some little time as near as she can recollect about four
or five Minutes during which time [..] his Hands over his
Eyes and asked Informant of she should know him, when she being
much terrified begged he would save her life and in her fright said
she should not know him, And this Informant further saith that
the said Williams then asked her if she would say any thing about
it when she begged him to saw her life and promised she would not
That the prisoner then said to Informant damn you walk on but
she being much Affrighted could not immediately stir whereupon
Prisoner threatened if she looked back he would Kill her and she should be
a dead Woman The prisoner and the other man then went away
towards Stepney Causeway and Informant being a little recovered went
to the house of Mr Richmond a Gardener at Stepney from whence she went
to her Masters, And this Informant lastly Saith that the above named

Put her in Bodily fear and forcibly took from her person the Monies
Goods and Chattels of her this Informant in manner and form as is
herein before Set forth. and further Saith not
