The Information of Simon Artin< no role > Ward Commonly
called Simon Ward< no role > Admitted on Evidence
in his Majesties behalf-Touching certain
Felonys and Frauds-Taken before us
four [..] of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in & for the said County.

Who being upon Oath Saith that about a Twelve month ago
be became acquainted with Robert Holloway< no role > This name instance is in set 3658. and with
Thomas Harrison< no role > about Nine Month ago and also with John
William Leo
< no role > much about the same Tim [..] which acquaintance
became by this Informant's being Clerk to one Mr. Jacobsan
Attorney at Law and that about the Middle of December
last Mr. Jacobs went out of Town and left this Informant
with very little Business to do and Desir'd that He would
attend upon said Mr. Robert Holloway< no role > and write for him as
He was then about Publishing a Pamphlet Intitled a Letter
no. Sr. John Feilding Knt. which this Informant did at the
House of one Mr. Bomeester (Hir'd as this Informant has heard
beleives to be true for the Use of Mr. Robert Holloway< no role > and Mr.
John William Leo< no role > ) who did not constantly reside in said house
but came Occasionly and which house was kept jointly by the
said Mr. Bomeester Mr. Holloway and Mr. Leo, and this Informant
further saith that some Time in July last said Mr. Bomeester left
England and went to Cathagenar in Spain after which Time Mr.
Holloway and Mr. Leo Advertized in the Publick Paper or Papers
purporting that where as [..] many persons were
wanting to borrow money on different securities & [..] they were in the
first of these advertisements refer'd to enquire at No. in
Silver Street Bloomsbury Market where said Levis wifes Sister keeps a house & spared less shop and some short Time afterwards
they Publish'd another Advertisement [..] much
to the same Purport Whereby such Persons were requir'd to
ask for Mr. Lin at Jack's Coffee house of St. Ann's (but as to such
advertisements this Infomant begs leave to refer, relation
being thereunto had will morefully appear) And this Informant
further saith that pursuant to such Advertisements several
persons did apply as Directed and from the said Jacks
