The Information of John Clark< no role > taken before
me this 8th. day of November 1769

Who being upon Oath says that on Tuesday Evening the 24th. of October
last as he was going through Green Park with his Wife between 7 & 8 o'
Clock they were attacked between the Canal & the Wilderness by two
Footpads who robbed this Informant of a Watch some Money and a
Seal which Seal is now produced and further says that he does verily
suspect and believe that a person now present who calls himself Thomas
Dunk
< no role > This name instance is in set 3656. is one of the said Footpads who robbed him as aforesaid

before in this 8th. day of November 1769

Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday Morning last he found
a Seal now produced which is owned by Mr. John Clark< no role > in the Lodging
of a Person now present who calls himself Thomas Dunk< no role > who was
then in bed in the same Room
