Middlesex To wit

The Information of Nicholas Bond< no role > and Henry
Wright
< no role > taken before me this 17th. November 1769

Who being upon Oath severally say that they went on Wednesday Night last
to a house in Leicester Street Clarkenwell where they were informed that
Peter Graham< no role > and John Underwood< no role > and other Persons suspected to be
House breakers lived, that about 12 o'Clock the said Henry Wright< no role > went from
New Prison Clerkenwell , and the said Henry Wright< no role > for himself says that
when he came to the said house he heard some persons talking within Doors, that
on listening at the Window he heard a person who calls himself Peter Graham< no role > say
to a Woman Lay down my dear we shall be at home about one o'Clock
says he then withdrew from the said house and saw three persons new present
who calls themselves. Peter Graham< no role > John Underwood< no role > and Charles Burton< no role > come
out of the said house, says he then returned to New Prison to the said Nicholas
Bond
< no role > , and these Informants both say that went back together near the
said house and watched till near two o'Clock when the said John Underwood< no role >
and the said Charles Burton< no role > came each to the said house, say that they
afterwards went into the said house and found therein the said John
Underwood
< no role > the said Charles Burton< no role > and a person now present who
calls himself John Bagnall< no role > , say that in a drawer in the Room
where the said three Persons were they found a Pistol now
