deced maketh oath that her said late husband divers years ago
rented a house of Ten pounds a year & upwards in Rosemary
Lane in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the sd
County & was charged to & paid Poors Rates for the same & by
means thereof gained a legal Settlement there & in not afterwards
do any Act to gain anothr Settlement elsewhere Her hath
She this Deponent Since his death done any Act to gain a
Settlement for herself

by & with Mr Wm Cottereff < no role > a China man in Mansion House Street in
in the parish of St Mary Wool church in the City of London at
Certain yearly Wages & Continued in such service for the space
of Three years & by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there
That She has not Since lived as a hired Servant for the space of a
year nor was She ever married nor hath She done any Act to gain
a subsequent Settlement That She hath a child named Mary
Hopkins

in the parish of St Botolph witht. Aldgate in the sd County which
is illegitimate & a Bastard and that one Richard Hopkins< no role > of the
St parish of St Mary Woolchurch shopman is the far. of the sd child
