Upon reading the humble petition of William Cooper< no role > Setting forth
That he holds under the Governors a Farm called Cliffsend Far in the
parish of St. Lawrence in the Isle of Thanet near Ramsgate in Kent at
the yearly Rent of £30. the Lease where of hath been sometime expised
That on the 27th. of August 1742. the Comee viewed the said Frances
& found the same in good Order & in regard the Petr hath been [..]
to the Governors near 26 yearsprayed the Governors to grant
him a new Lease for Twenty one Years to comence from Michas [..]
at the same rent and with usuall CovenantsIt is Ordered
that the said petition be referred to the comee of this House to
consider thereof & report their Opinion thereon to the Court.
