That he holds under the Governors a Farm called Cliffsend Far in the
parish of St. Lawrence
in the Isle of Thanet near Ramsgate in Kent at
the yearly Rent of £30. the Lease where of hath been sometime expised
That on the 27th. of August 1742. the Comee viewed the said Frances
& found the same in good Order & in regard the Petr hath been

to the Governors near 26 yearsprayed the Governors to grant
him a new Lease for Twenty one Years to comence from Michas

at the same rent and with usuall CovenantsIt is Ordered
that the said petition be referred to the comee of this House to
