Upon reading a Report from the Comittee of this House bearing date
the 29th. of June last under the hands of Edward Holloway< no role > Esqr s. Trear
Joseph Ayliffe< no role > Esqr . Auditor Genl . Mr Depty. Pycroft, Mr. Nash
Mr. Morris, Mr Bayley, Depty Ballard Mr Saml. Bridgman< no role > , Mr
Whalley, Mr Malcher, Depty. Hunt, Mr. Smith, Dr. Rawlinson
Mr Flower, Mr Henshaw Mr Markham Mr George Sisson< no role > and
Mr Cotton as follows ViztThis Comee have further considered
of the Gentlemen Nominated at a Court the 28th. of April last to be
Govrs of these Hospitals and are of Opinion the following Gentlemen
then Nominated [..] Proper persons to be Governors if the Court
shall think fit Vizt.

Doth confirm the same

Govr Elected Staves to be
Sent them after last Thursday}


Ordered that Staves be sent to the Governors confined by their Court
as soon as may be after next Thursday.

Govr come to be admitted
under the age of 30 Years}

Mr Whatley Mr Nash Mr Cotton Mr Henshaw Depty Pycroft Depty
Farrington, Depty Hunt, Mr Bayley, Mr Smith Depty Ballard,
Mr Morris Mr Markham, Mr, Malcher, Mr, Flower & Mr Payse as
Follows ViztIt is the Opinion of this Comittee that for the
further no person shall be admitted a Governor of these Hospitalls
under the Age of Thirty years but not to extend to these who have
been already nominatedand that no Governors who shall be
Steward or Porter or in any inferior Officer in these or any other
Hospitalls shall have the priviledge of naming any one to be a
Governor of these Hospitalls or any other Priviledge of a Governor have
All which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment of the Court
And it is Ordered this Opinion to reported to the CourtThis
Court having duly weighted to considered the said Report Doth confirm
the same

Govrscome to be admitted
of any of the Comees fill

taken his charge}


Upon the Motion of Dr Rawlinson Mr Deputy Pyecroft & several other
Governors It is Ordered that no Governor be admitted to be one of
the Auditors or of either of the Annual Comittees of these
Hospitals till two years after his having taken his Charger.
