The Informations of John
Jenkinison
< no role > of Towcester in the
County of Northampton Draper
and John Clark< no role > of Holborn
Silversmith taken before me
this 12th. day of April 1787

Who being upon Oath Severally say and first
the said John Jenkinson< no role > for himself says
that an Saturday Night the eighteenth of November
last as he believes a barn belonging to Mr. John
Clark
< no role > of Towcester was broke open and a large
quantity of Cotton and Silk Goods belonging
to Mr. James Rylance< no role > of Manchester were
feloniously Stolen therein that Yesterday one
Charles Dixon< no role > [..] the Driver of the
Woolverhampton Waggon was apprehended at
Towcester on suspicion of being the Felon in
whose Possession some papers were found of
Debtor and Creiditor between fine and Joseph
Ridgeway now present from Which Cricumstance
Suspicion fele that the said Ridgeway had
received the said Goods Which induced this
Informant to obtain a search Warrant to
search for said Goods and from the Goods now
produced being found in said Ridgeways House
