The Informants of Mary Dwyer< no role > ,
Margaret Morin< no role > and Theophilus
Butcher

Esquire One of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the Said County this
30th Day of August 1787

Who being duly Sworn upon their Oaths say, and frist
this Information Mary Dwyer< no role > for herself sayeth, that
she is a Single Woman and has been for some time
acquainted with the other Informant Margaret
Mo [..] r, that about Ten Days since, she left a Box
containing a Quantity of wearing Apparels her Property
in the Can and Custody of the said Margaret Morin< no role > , in
her Apartments, in the House of Margaret Welch< no role > , situate
in the said County, that a Few Hours after she had left
the said Box, she went to the other Informant Margaret
Morin, who asked this Informant, if she had met the
Person now present who calls himself Ann Timmings< no role >
with a Bundle, this Informant [..] she had not,
when Morin told this Informant, Ann Timmings< no role > had
been there and had taken and carried away a considerable
Quantity of her Things, consisting of Three Gowns, a Black
Silk Cl [..] k, a Green [..] Petticoat and a Coloured
Apron, upon which this Informant examined her Box
and found the Things above deseribed were missing
together with Two Muslim Aprons, Two Pair of Stockings
and One Shift, this Informant further sayeth that
upon this Informantion and Discovery, she immediately
went and got a Warrant to apprehend the said Ann
Timmings
< no role > , and found she had [..] absconded
and although deligent Search was made after her, she
could not be [..] met with until Thursday the
28th Inst: when she was taken into Custody, and upon
being [..] ought to the Public Office in Poland Street
was there searched, when there was found upon her
a Black Silk Cloak now produced, the Property of this
Informant which said Cloak was in the Box together
with the other Apparel above described at the time she
left the same, in the Custody of the other Informant
