Who being upon Oath Saith that about one o'Clock in the
Morning of last & Monday was Sevenight he left the New Hummums
Chop House
in Russel Street
and at the door he met with the
Prisoner Mary Shepherd< no role >
at whose Request he returned again into
said House and drank with herThat Informant ordered a
Coach to the Door and got into itThat said Mary Shepherd< no role >
followed him into said Coach observing that ''she lived his way
and would see him House''That in Long Acre
he felt the hand of

at his right hand Waiscoat pocket wherein was
Five Guineas one half Guinea and six Shillings in SilverThat
Informant desired her to keep her Hands away when she replied
''Do you think I Would do You'' That after finding her hand
at his Waistcoat pocket he took out his Money in order to discover
whether he had lost any found it all rightThat after this
he fell into a Doze and Shortly after the Coach Stopped near the Alms
Houses in Hog LaneThat Informant upon rousing himself
looked out of the Coach and observed to said Mary Shepherd< no role >
that
he was not at home for that, that was not his HouseThat said

replied that'' She was only going out to let her
''Servant know that She was going to See a Gentleman home and
''would return to this Informant immediately''That after said
