William Barber< no role > of Sun Court Aldgate High Street
Butcher upon his Oath Saith That he was with the
other Deponent William Hughes< no role > when they met
deceased who said he was Shot and a dead Man
that he related the Account of his being stopped
and Shot as described by Hughes except that he did not hear him say any thing in particularly the Second Man and Afterwards
the deceased pulled upon his Waistcoat and shewed Deponent where the
wound wasDeponent assisted deceased into the Coach
who was accompanied by Hughes and the Woman
and Child that were with Islip and Deponent got up behind Saith the
deceased Said at the Green Dragon he was a dead
Man.Deponent was present at The Hospital
during the time deceased was put to Bed and
afterwards Deponent went away.

of the Surgeons of the London Hospital Upon his
Oath Saith That about Nine oClock as soon after on
Wednesday Night last the deceased was brought
into The Hospital wounded as Deponent was informed
by Foot padssoon after the deceased was put to
Bed Deponent went to him and examined what
