The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas the Churchwardens above
named Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morlye< no role > Wm Lawrence< no role > & John Seywell< no role > Overseeres
of the poore of the piss of St. Clement Danes with thassent of two Justices of
the Peace according to a Statute in that Case made and provided Have putt
Phillipp Kizkham< no role > Apprentice to Thomas Handy< no role > and have given with
the said Apprentice ye Sume of fifty shilling Sterling If therefore
the above bounden Thomas Handy< no role > George Corker< no role > & John Walker< no role > or
any of them or any or eyther of theire heires Executors. or Admrs
Doe well and Sufficiently provide for keepe & maintaine the sd
Phillipp Kirkhans< no role > in by and with all & manner of needefull
and necessary meate drinke washing Apparrell Linnen & all
other necessarys meete & convenient for such an Apprentice
dureing the sd terme of Eight yeares and alsoe well and
sufficiently save defend and keepe harmelesse, and indempnified the
Churchwardens and Overseeres of the poore and theire Successors
and all the Inhabitants and parishoneres of St Clement Danes which
now are and hereafter shall be and from the Charge of keepeing &
maintaineing of the said Apprentice dureing the said terme And of &
from all Accons Smith & Taxacons whatsoever which the said parish
or parishoners of St. Clement Danes shall or may incurre
susteine or be put unto for or in respect of the said Apprentice
in any manner of wise then this Obligcon to be soyd and of none
Effect or else to be & remaine in full force power & virtue
