with thassent of two Justices of the peace
according to ye Statute in that case provided Have putt Mathew Lander< no role >
an Apprentice
to the above bounden John Temple for the terme of seaven yeares commenceing
from the date above written and have given with the said Apprentice ye same
of three pounds sterling If therefore the above bounden John Temple< no role >

John Webb< no role >
or eyther of them or eyther of theire heires Execrs or
Admrs. Doe well and sufficiently provide for keepe & maintaine the said Mathew
Lander in by and with all and all manner of needefull & necessary washing Lodging
Apparrell Linnen and all other necessarys meete & convenient for such an
Apprentice
dureing the said terme And allsoe well and sufficiently save defend
and Keepe harmelesse & indempnified the Churchwardens & Overseeres of
the poore of the said parish & theire Successors. And all the Parishoners and
Inhabitants of the said Parish which now are and hereafter shall be & every of
them of and from the Charge of Keepeing & maintaineing the said Apprentice
dureing the said terme And of and from all Accons Suites & Taxacons whatsoever
which the said Parish or Parishoners of St Clement Danes
or any of them
Shall or may incurre susteine or be put unto in any manner of wise in respect
of the said Apprentice them this obligacon to be voyd and of none effect or
