The Condicon of this Obligacon is such That Whereas Lancelott Coplestone< no role > & William
Pearmby Churchwardens Charles Wood< no role > Thomas Ingram< no role > Thomas Kirbham< no role > and
John Freelove< no role > Overseeres of the poore of the pish of St Clement Danes with
thassent of John Phellipps< no role > & Allestree Justices of ye peace for the County of
Midds. and Citty and Libty of Westmr. According to a Statute in yt Case made and
provided have putt Eliz Harper< no role > Apprentice to Anne Robson< no role > and have
given with the said Apprentice the Sume of Fourty Shillings sterling If
therefore: ye above bounden James Robson< no role > Thomas Watkins< no role > & Arthur Willson< no role >
or any or eyther of them or any or eyther of theire heires Executors: or Admrs
Doewell & sufficiently provide for Keepe and maintaine the sd Eliz Harper< no role > in wth &
by all & all manner of needefull and necessarys meate drinke washing Lodgeing
Apparrell Linnen and all other necessarys meete & convenient for such an
Apprentice dureing the said terme of seaven yeares And alsoe well & sufficiently &
save & keepe harmelesse and indempnified the said Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poore of the said pish which now are, and theire successors for the
time, being and all the Inhabitants of the said parish of and from the
Charge of Keeping & maintaineing the sd Apprentice dureing the terme
aforesaid and of and from all Accon & Accons suites and taxacons whatssoever
which the Pishoners of St Clement Danes or any of them shall or may incurre
susteine or be putt unto for or in respect of the said Apprentice in any
manner of wise then this Obligacon to be voyd and of none effect or else
to be & remaine in full force power & virtue.
