The Minutes of the last meeting Read
and confirmed

Read the Clause relative to the Erecting
Hoards Mr. Thomas being heard agreed
on or before the 22nd Instant totally to take
away the Hoard complained of and in default
thereof it is Ordered that the Inspector
cause the same to be Removed

Mr. Thos. Bland< no role > having in pursuance of
the Advertisement in the Daily Advertiser given
in a proposal for taking away Dust Ashes Etc and
Cleaning the Streets for the Sum of £800: Per Annum
for the Term of three Years the Committee Resolve
