At a Meeting of the Committee Elected
and appointed pursuant to the Act of
Parliament for better Paving Cleansing
and Lighting this Parish Etc held in the
Vestry Room the Eighth day of April 1795

A Bill having been presented to the Honorable
House of Commons for Widening and improving
the Entrance into the City of London near Temple Bar Etc
and this Committee being Summoned to take such
Bill into Consideration being now met and having
heard several of the Clauses in the said Bill Read
It was moved, seconded, and upon the Question
put determined as the Opinion of this Committee
that if such Bill should pass into a Law and so
great a Number of Houses as therein proposed be
taken down, and laid into the Street, it will greatly
prejudice not only the Security of Mr. William Seager< no role >
