Act of Parliament for better Paving
Cleansing and Lighting this Parish
held in the Vestry Room the first
day of May 1795

The Minutes of the last meeting Read and
confirmed

Mr. Charles Hutchins< no role > having in pursuant
of the Advertisement in the Daily Advertiser g [..]
in his proposal for taking away dust Ashes Etc for
the Sum of One Thousand Pounds Per Annum
for the Term of Three Years the Committee Resolved
that they ought not to accede to such Proposal
and order the Clerk to Advertise for Contractors Etc
deliver in Proposals for doing the Scavenger [..]
at the next meeting

Ordered that the Inspector inform Mr. Shelly [..]
has leave to continue a Hoard in Norfolk Street
until the 9th Instant) that this Committee expect
Removal of such Hoard at the time leave
expires, and in default thereof that this Committee
will put the Act of Parliament in full force

Five of this Committee executed the several
Contracts agreed to be Entered into at the last meeting
