will be thereby effected and that he make every
Exertion on behalf of this Committee for obtaining
Payment of Mr Seager's Debt by the City of London
and for preserving the said Rate and if necessary
employ Council to draw and settle the Clause
and attend the Committee of the House relative
to such business
