but throw a heavy Burthen on the rest of the
Inhabitants with respect to the Paving Rates
It was therefore Ordered that a Petition be
prepared to the House of Commons praying that
this Committee may be heard by themselves or
Council against such Bill and that the same may
not pass into a Law; Which Petition being
prepared was now signed by all the above
Committeemen exceptexcept Mr Ireland and it as
further Ordered that the Members of the County
of Middlesex or for the City and Liberty of Westminster
or some other Member of the House of Commons be
requested to present the same
