27 years upon her Oath saith that she
never was Married That she lived as an hired
yearly Servant with Mr. Walton at the Bull in
Milford Lane in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
for about Two years at the yearly wages of £4:10
and that since she quitted said Service she has
done no Act to gain a subsequent settlement
And this Deponent further upon her Oath saith
that on the 23d. day of December 1791 she was delivered
of a Male Bastard Child at the house of a Mr
Hunt in Milford Lane in the said Parish which
hath since been Christened by the name of Richard< no role >
That one Richard Portsmouth< no role > a Coal heaver who
did work on the Wharfs the Cotton of Milford
Lane is the father thereof he having had carnal
Knowledge of this Deponents Body and begotten
the same thereon and that the said Richard
Portsmouth
< no role > is the only real and true father
thereof
