Mary Harvey< no role > singlewoman aged 29 years
and upwards Upon Oath saith that she
never was Married that she lived as an hired
yearly servant with Mr Henry Birks< no role > in Gilbert
Street Clare Market in the parish of St Clement
Danes in the said County of Middlesex and City and
Liberty of Westminster about Seven years at the annual Wages
of about £6 for the last two year of the said
Term that she quitted that service [..] on or about
the third day of May last and hath not since rented
any House [..] or Apartment of £10 a year on or done
any other Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby
to obtain any subsequent legal Settlement and
this Examinant upon her voluntary Oath further
saith that she is pregnant with a Child or Children
which is or are likely to be born a Bastard or
Bastards and to become chargeable to the said
parish of St Clement Danes [..] and that John
Burton
< no role > of Stanhope Street in the said parish
of Saint Clement Danes within the said Liberty
and County did beget the said Child or Children
wherewith she is pregnant as aforesaid on this
Deponent's Body he having had carnal knowledge
of this Deponents Body sometime [..] in or about the
Month of September 1791 [..] at several times
since and particularly on or about the 5th. day of
June now last past [..] and that he and no or
else is the only real [..] and true father
