to wit Thomas Tiffin< no role > aged about 64
years upon his Oath saith that he Rented
and lived in a house in the Strand in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex for about Twelve years at the
yearly Rent of Twenty pounds and upwards
that he hath quitted said House about Twelve
years since which time he hath not Rented
any House Tenement or Lodging of Ten pounds
a year paid Taxes or done any Act Matter
or thing whereby he might have gained a
subsequent Settlement
