to wit Thomas Taylor< no role > aged about 58
years upon his Oath saith that about 13
years ago he Intermarried with Mary< no role > his
present wife at the Parish Church of Saint Giles
in the fields That he this Deponent was Hired
by [..] one Joseph Hart< no role > of Little Shire Lane in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty
of Westminster by the year at the yearly Wages
of Five pounds and four Shillings but which
Wages was to paid at the Rate of Two Shillings
per Week That he lived with the said Joseph Hart< no role >
inthesuch Capacity of a hired yearly Servant for
Two years and upwards during all which time
he slept and boardedwithin the house of his Master in Shire
Lane aforesaid and this Deponent further upon
his Oath saith that since he quitted his said
Master Service which is about Eighteen years ago he hath not lived as a hired
yearly Servant for Twelve Months Rented any
House Tenement or Lodging of Ten pounds a
year paid Taxes or done any Act Matter or
thing whereby to the best of his Knowledge he might
have gained a subsequent Settlement
