Tenement or Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid
Taxes lived as a hired yearly Servant for Twelve
Months or ever bound an Apprentice that he
was born at Taunton Somersetshire That his
father William Forward< no role > belongs to the parish
of Little Sandford in the County of Somerset
and hath Received Alms several times from
the said Parish of Little Sandford.
