of James Whitby< no role > a Poor Child (which was left with
her this Examinant by the Mother, who hath desorted is)
Upon Oath that she hath been informed which she
Verily believes to be true that the said Child named
James Whitby< no role > was born sometime in or about the
Month of November 1789, in lawful Wedlock, at the
lying in Hospital Brownlow Street Long Acre that
he is the legitimate Child of Risbon and Mary
Whiltey that they were [..] Married at the Church
of the Parish of Shipton Mallet in the County of
Somerset on or about the 29th day of November 1788
1788 that the said Risbon Whitby< no role > obtained his
settlement in the Parish of Columpton in the County
of Devon by serving his Apprenticeship with his
Father Thomas Whitby< no role > a Sargemaker in that parish
And that she known not by information or otherwise of
any other Settlement the is in said Risbon Whitby
is entitled into unto
