to wit Mary Marks< no role > aged about 37 years
upon her Oath saith that in the year 1777 she
Intermarried with Henry Marks< no role > (who left her about
five years ago) her at the Parish Church of Saint Andrew
Holborn by whom she hath Two Children living vizt.
Jonathan Marks< no role > aged about 16 years provided for
and Sarah Marks< no role > aged about 11 years unprovided for
That her said Husband Rented and lived in a house
in Brooks Market in the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bar [..] in the County of Middlesex
for Six years and upwards at the yearly Rent of Ten
Guineas and that he said all Taxes due for the same
That he hath quitted said House about Eight years
since which time he has not Rented any house Tenement
or Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done
any Act Matter or thing to gain a subsequent
Settlement
