(to wit) Mary [..] Griffiths< no role > And 28
Years or thereabouts Upon her Oath Saith
that about 3 Years Ago she intermarried with
Thomas Griffiths< no role > her present Husband at the
parish Church of Saint James's in the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
by Bans That her said Husband [..] was bound apprentices to
[..] a Mr. Griffiths of White Lyon Street
seven deals in the parish of Saint Giles in
the Fields in the sd. County of Middlesex
Sawyer but [..]
[..] only served five Year and a half of
his time that since he quittedsaid
the service of his said Master he has been
several times in his Majestys Service at
sea And is now pressed from her in the
said Service And further saith that
since he left his said Master he never
Rented any Tenement or Lodging of £10
a Year lived as a [..] hired Yearly
Servant paid Taxes or done any other
Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained any Subsequent to the best of this
Examinants Knowledge information or
belief And further saith that she has One
Child living by her said Husband named Thomas< no role > [..] 2yrs and is
pregnant with another that on accounts of
her said Husband being away from her she
is totally unable to maintain herself and
Child.
