to wit Jane McCLeland< no role > Singlewoman Aged
30 Years and upwards Upon Oath saith that
she never was Married that she lived as an
hired yearly Servant with Mrs. Wilson in the
Strand in the parish of St Mary Le Strand Dealer
Manchester [..] Stuffs on Wares for about two
years and an half at the Annual Wages of about
£5 that she quitted that Service about Six
years ago and hath never since quitting it (by any
Means whatever) obtained any Subsequent legal
Settlement And that she has been supported
in the Workhouse belonging to the said parish
of St Le Strand at the Expence of the same
parish for about three Months and hath been
thereout only since the beginning of November
last And that she is now Infirm and unable to
maintain herself without same Assistance
