(to wit). Mary Simmonds< no role > Aged about 56 Years
upon her Oath Saith that about 15 Years
Ago she Intermarried with John Simmonds< no role >
[..] at the
parish Church of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex that about 2
Years after their intermarriage her said
Husband deserted her And that she hasbeen
not heard from him these 13 Years past
but was [..] informed about 2 Years after
he deserted her that he died abroad And this
Examinant further Saith that between 6 &
7 Years Ago she lived as a hired Yearly
Servant with a Mr. Neal of Beanford Buildings
in the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex thatfor near 2 Years
at the Yearly Wages of £8:8:0 That
since she quitted said service she never Rented
any Tenement or Lodging of £10 a Year
paid Taxes lived as a hired Yearly Servant
for One Year or done any other Act
Matter or thing whereby she might have
gained any Subsequent Settlement to the
best of her Knowledge Information or belief


Sworn this 19th. Octr.
1791 before.
