The Exaicon of Thos. Butler< no role > on behalfe of Jno. Cecill< no role > his
Brother in Law a Lunatick taken the 13th. day of Augt. 1740
Who upon his Oath Saith that the sd. Jno. Cecill abt. four years
since lived a yearly hired Servt . with one Mr. Banner in St.
Martins Court in the parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the
Liberty of Westmr . for the Space of one year & upwards at the
yearly Wages of Ten pounds as this Exaiant hath been Informed
and beleives And further Saith that the sd. Jno. Cecill hath
not since he left the sd. Service Rented any House paid
Parish Taxes lived with any person as a Yearly hired Servt.
for the Space of one year or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in
any other & late to this Exaiants knowledge or beleife
