The Examination of Thos. Howell< no role > Passed from the Parish of
St. Ann in Blackfryers Londn . to the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx by Order bearing Date the
24th. Day of March Inst. Who upon his Oath saith that
about Twenty Eight Years ago he rented & lived in a House
of Twenty Eight Pounds a Year in the sd. Parish of St.
Clemt. Danes for the space of Six Months & upwards
And further saith yt. he hath not since he left the said
House Rented any other Paid Parish Taxes or otherwise
gained a Settlement in any other Place to his knowledge or
beleife that he hath a Wife who is lame & being poor &
Old is not able to maintaine himselfe & Wife
