The Exaicon of Sarah< no role > the wife of Andrew Francis Cossert< no role >
passed from the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in the Liberty
of Westmr . taken the 28th. day of Septr. 1739 Who upon her Oath
Saith that on the Sixth day of March 1737/8 she Intermarryed
with the above named Andrew Francis Cossert who is a
Frenchman & never gained a Settlemt. in England to her knowledge
or beleife And this Exaiant further Saith that abt. three Years
ago she lived a Yearly hired Servt . with Mr. Spencer a
Cheesemonger in Shire Lane in the parish of St. Clemt. Danes in
the sd. Liberty of Westmr . & County of Middx for the Space of
one Year & upwards at the Yearly Wages of four Pounds & hath
not since gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge
or beleife that her sd. Husband hath absconded from her &
this Exaiant doth not know where he is and haveing one
Child (to wit) Sarah< no role > Aged abt. Six Weeks is poor & not able
to maintaine the same
