to wit Mary Carr< no role > Aged about Fifty Three years on her Oath says she Intermarried
to her Husband William Carr< no role > (gone from her) at the Parish Church of Saint
Ann Soho about Seventeen years ago and by whom she hath Two Children
Living Namely Mary< no role > Aged about Fifteen years and Elizth< no role > . Aged about Eleven
years both of whom her Husband Maintains as she Believes says her
Husband Rented Two Houses in Vine Street near Chandos Street in the
Parish of Saint Martins in the Fields in the Liberty of Westminster for
Eight years and Upwards at the yearly Rent of Thirty four Pounds and paid
Parish Taxes due for the same hath quitted the said Houses about seven
years ago since which time He hath gained no other settlement either
by Renting House or Tenement of Ten Pounds P Annum paying Taxes or
otherwise howsoever
