Chargeable to the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
she being poor and
Unable to Maintain the same when born and that One
Stone Coachman to the Oxford Past Coach did beget such Bastard
Child or Children on her Body that the last time he had

her Body was the 14th. day of November last

in Wych Street
in the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes

at several times four Month prior to the time abovementioned in
the same House at One of which times
