lived a Hired yearly Servant
with Mr. Aylmer in
Bowell
Court
in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County
of Middlesex
for One year at the yearly Wages of Nine Pounds
hath quitted her said Service about four Months ago since
which time she hath gained no other settlement And further
on her Voluntary Oath says

Last
she was Delivered of a Male Bastard Child in a
Hackney Coach in
Wych Street
in the said Parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the Liberty of Westminster
which hath since
been Baptized by the Name of

and is now Chargeable
to the said Parish she being Poor and Unable to Maintain
the same and further says that One

late a
Footman
to her said Master did beget such Bastard Child
on her Body in her said masters House and that the said

He is the real and true Father thereof
