Eliza. Child< no role > aged about 23 Years upon Oath
saith she never was married & that she lived a
Yearly Servt. with Mr. Geo. Langdale< no role > Surgeon in
Old. Boswell Court in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the Liberty of Wetsmr. for one Year and
upwds. at the Yearly Wages of Five Pounds &
left her sd. Service on the 12th. of [..] Decr. Int.
And further upon her Voluntary Oath saith
she is pregnant with Child or Children which
is likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards & to
become Chargeable to the sd. Parish of Saint
Clement Danes she being Poor & not able to
maintain the same when born and that Mr.
Thos. Eld (who lodges and Boards with the sd.
Mr. Langdale) did Beget the sd. Child or [..]
Children on her Body the sd. Thos. Eld< no role > having
had Carnal knowledge of this Examinants
Body in the latter End of April last & at
sevll. other times since at one of which times
he got her with Child of the said Child or Childrn.
with which she is now pregnant & that he the sd.
Thomas Eld & no other Person is the true and
reall father there of
