by Order dated the 3d. of Decr. Instt. upon Oath
saith she intermarried with the sd. John Capham< no role >
at Lincolns Inn Chapel abt. 21 Yrs. since
Says her sd. late husband about 12 Yrs. ago
lived in and rented a house in Burleigh Street
in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex of the Yearly Rent of
Twenty pounds for five Years or thereabts.
& never after he quitted the sd. house rented
ten pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes or
otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other
Place Says she has not since the Death
of her sd. late husband rented ten pounds a
Year paid Parish Taxes or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to
her knowledge or beleif Says she has two
Children (now at home with her) viz Eliz< no role >
aged abt. 16 Yrs. & John< no role > aged near 12 Yrs.
