Informations of Witnesses taken upon
Oath this 12th. day of January 1787 . as the
Dwelling House of Mr. Isaac Frome< no role > , the
White Hart is Great Hart Street in the
Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in the
Liberty of Westminster . Before Thomas
Prickard
< no role > Gentleman His Majesty's
Coroner for the said City and Liberty on
View of the Body of a Woman, name
unknown then and there lying dead

Martha Phipps< no role > Servant to Mr. Frome on her oath saith
that last Wednesday between 11 & 12 at Night [..] the Deceased
came to her Masters House & asked if she could have a Bed
Deponent repliad yesthe Deced said she had a very bad cold and should be obliged if the
would Warm the Bed [..] for her & asked if she could have a Glass of
Hot Burn & Waterthe Deced went up with the Deponent to
Red Room, the Deced sat down on the Red & said she was obliged
to Deponent for shewing her such a comfortable Bed, and
said she hoped Deponent would not want her to get up [..]
Soon in the Morning, Deponent said it was no odds to her of [..]
she lay till one or two in the Day as she had so had a Cold
Deponent went her self to Bed about One o'Clock and hard the
Deceased cough pretty frequentlyDeponent got up the next
Morning
