Same time putting his Keel on the Ladder, the end of
the Ladder was forced out of the Qullet Gutter and the
Deceased immediately fall (with the said Ladder) from
the top of the said House two Stairs high unto the groundDeceased
was forth with conveyed to the Westminster Hospital , the
Deceased said he was hart in his Back, but did not lay
any blame to any Person and Deponent believes the
Deceased fell entirely by Accident and Misfortune.

Charles Taylor< no role > House Surgin to Westminster Hospital
or his Oath saith, That the Deceased was brought to the
Hospital or Friday the 22d. of December last, he appeared to
be very much bruised about his Layns, his Map and Back
continued to get horse every Day till Yesterday Afternoon
when he Diedevery Remedy was made side of that
could be thought of to effectuate his Recovery, but
he Died in consequence of the Brusies he received by
the fall and other internal injuries, and had entirely
last the use of the lower Extremities
