Morning about Eleven o'Clock, and called and asked the [..]
Deceased if she was going to get upDeceased asked what
o'Clock it wasDeponent appeared about ElevenDeceased
said she had had no sleep all Nightafter 2 o'Clock Dept
went up a same & called and knocked at the Door but nothing
answeredbetween 3 & 4 she went again & knocked & called
but no Body my wound, she then unhasped the Door, and
went into the Room, and saw the Deceased in the Bed looking very Palace
she thought she was Dead and went out of the Room and
Called two fellow Servants.

Ann Phipps< no role > Servant to Mr. Froome or her Oath saith that
when Martha Phipps< no role > came to Bed to her she said More
was a Woman in the next Room that was very Party with
a hearseness and ColdDeponent got up about 8 o'Clock
& heard the Deceased CoughDeponent was called by her
Sister between 3 & 4 o'Clock she said she beleived the
Woman was DeadDeponent & the Waiter went up into the
Room & looked at the Deceased, and formed her Dead
