to commit a Rape.

Take Notice that the Court of this present Quarter Sessions
will be moved tomorrow Friday the fourteenth day of June Instant
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon for an Order to respite the
Recognizances of the defendant and his Bail until the next Quarter
Session to be held for the City and Liberty of Westminster Dated this
thirteenth day of June 1799
