of Middlesex Baker Widow of the above named Prosecutor
Alexander Petrie< no role > maketh Oath and saith that the above
Prosecutor did at the Sessions held at Westminster aforesaid in
October One thousand seven hundred and ninety seven prefer
a Bill of Indictment against the above named Julius Lyons< no role >
for an Assault And Deponent further Saith that her said
late Husband the above named Alexander Petrie< no role > died on or
about the Seventh Day of December last and was Buried at
Purfleet in the County of Essex and that he frequently in
his life time converted with this Deponent respecting the
above Prosecution
