that the House & out houses belonging to the said Wm. Stewart< no role >
(and then lately standing and being on the said piece of Ground
of him the said Wm. Stewart< no role > ) lay intermised in some of the
Rooms or floors or other parts thereof with a Wooden buildg.
or shed projesting over the same from the back of a work
shop occupied by the said George Jackson< no role > without being
separated by any party Wall and without being arched over or
under with brick or Stone or brick and Stone throughout
and that the house of the said Wm. Stewart< no role > was necessary to
be rebuilt and the said Jury did then and there further
award that the said Wooden building projecting as afsd.
(the materials whereof belonged wholly to the Lessors of the
said Geo. Jackson< no role > ) ought to be removed and that the said
Geo: Jackson< no role > was not Entitled to any compensation for
such wooden building And further the said Jury did then
and there Award and determine that the Centre of the brick
Nog partition and fence Wall being the northern extermity
of the said George Jackson< no role > Workshop on the Ground floor
should be the Scite of the new party Wall between the Premes
of the said Geo: Jackson< no role > and the said Wm. Stewart< no role > and that the
Expence of rebuilding the same should be borne by the lessors
of the said George Jackson< no role > and the sd. Wm. Stewart< no role > in the
proportions following (that is to say) The proportion of one half of
a force Wall should be paid by the said Wm. Stewart< no role > and the
reside thereof by the lessors of the said George Jackson< no role > And
that no other Compensation should be made by either of the
parties to the other of them on Account of the removing the
said Wooden building or on account of the said Wall
Whereupon his Majestys Justices of the peace at the said
Court of General Quarter Sessions so holden as last aforesd.
assembled Do adjudge and determine That the sd. Wooden
building or shed projecting as afsd. be removed And that
the centre of the Brick nog partition and fence Wall being
the northern extremity of the sd. George Jackson< no role > 's Workshop
on the Ground Floor be the sate of the new party Wall between
the Premes of the said George Jackson< no role > and the sd. William
Stewart and that the expence of rebuilding the same party
wall be borne by the Lessors of the said Geo: Jackson< no role > and
the said Wm. Stewart< no role > in the proportions herein before mentd.
(that is to say) The proportion of one half of a fence Wall shop
be paid by the said Wm Stewart< no role > and the residue there of by
the Lessors of the said George Jackson< no role > And that no other
