in due manner returned to the said Court of Quarter Sessns
so holden there as afsd. the said precept in form afsd.
directed in all things served and Executed the names of
36 with a pannel of substantial and disenterested
person qualified to serve on Juries within the said Liberty
summoned by the said Sheriff according to the tenor of the
afsd. precept out of which persons so impannelled Summoned
and returned as afsd. a Jury of 12 persons (to wit)

wood, Richard Clarke< no role > , Thomas Kent< no role > John Mojr, Wm
Slorey Thos. Nash Thos. Rawlins Wm. Rutledge and
John Pennington< no role > were then and there in due manner
drawn accordg. to the form of the stat. in such case
made a provided and which lastmwntd persons so
impannelled summoned and returned as afsd. did than
and there (to wit) on the sd 20th day of Octr. in the Warm
1798 afsd. within the Liberty afsd.at the parish afsdin the sd. County of Middx came
and appear before the said Court of Quarter Session
so holden in and for the said City Boro' and Town of
Westmr. in the County of Middx (to wit) at the Guildhall .
in King St. Westmr . within the Liberty afsd. in the sd County
being the day and place in and by the said precept
appointed and were then and there by and before the sd.
Court of General Quarter Sessns. so holden as afsd. in due
manner Sworn and charged to enquire & try and
determine by their Verdict concerning the permes in the sd
precept mentioned and the said Jury being so Sworn and
Changed as afsd. did there and there proceed to make such
inquiry and Trial as aforesaid and having Viewed the
place in Question and heard and Examined the Evidence
produced before them touching and concerning the Premes
afsd. aftwd, to wit at the said Genl Quarter Sessns. of the
peace so holden in and for the said City Boro' and Town of
Westmr. in the County of Middx as afsd. at the Guildhall
in King Street Westmr. in the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County afsd. to wit on the 31d. day of October in the Year
1798 afsd. untill which as the didso holden as afsd. had been and was duly adjoined did in due
manner return their Verdict of and upon the Premes to
his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace in the sd. Court of
Genl . Quarter Sessns.so holden as last as aforesaid
assembled and then did thereby then and there Award
